Project Definition

This is probably best done as a consultative and brainstorming team effort. Therefore, the deliverables from this project should be a consultative ideas and strategy document of what we should have in the Bazaar, how we should raise money from it, allow members to sell things there, perhaps incorporating as well ideas about how this could be utilised to sell any products the JMS itself might produce. Ideas, sketches, pictures will be welcome as we try to extend our fund raising efforts and establish our relationship with commercial vendors.
